While our journeys into the beauty industry began in different places, we are united by the same belief: that every service should feel personalized, elevated, and thoughtfully tailored to the individual. Our combined experience spans salon services, bridal beauty, luxury client experiences, and years of helping women feel their absolute best during both everyday moments and life’s most meaningful celebrations. CANCELLATION POLICY
At La Perla Studio, we understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests and respect the time reserved for each appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. * Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be made free of charge. * Cancellations, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. * Clients who arrive significantly late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
